Slow progress

Well I've made very slow progres this week.  I saw the doctor and it is pernicious anemia which explains why I'm so very tired all the time.  I also have a little inflamation, my reading was 12 when 10 is normal.  I got a B12 injection and have to go back next week for another.  [...]
